1. Privacy Sovereignty
At Helios, we believe your data belongs to you. Our architecture is built on the principle of 'Privacy by Design', ensuring that your digital workspace remains your own. This policy outlines our commitment to extreme transparency regarding how we handle the metadata required to power your personal agent.
2. Data Architecture
We minimize data collection to the absolute technical minimum required for multi-device synchronization and system stability:
- Identity: Encrypted email and username.
- Telemetry: Anonymous system performance logs.
- Configuration: Securely synced agent settings.
- Security: Cryptographically hashed authentication.
3. Zero-Knowledge Audio
Your voice is your most personal data. Helios uses localized models for wake-word detection. When transcription is active, audio buffers are processed in volatile memory and immediately purged once the text is delivered. We do not store, sell, or train models on your raw voice data without your explicit, opt-in consent.
4. Local-First Security
Where possible, Helios prioritizes local-first processing. Your Voice Workspace history and dictation logs are stored on your local machine using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. Our cloud infrastructure serves primarily as a secure handshake for multi-device coordination and premium model API routing.
5. Modern Analytics
We use privacy-preserving analytics to understand how our community uses the platform. This helps us optimize the Liquid Glass interface and refine the Hotkey response times. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
6. Data Portability
You maintain full control over your information. At any time, you can request a full export of your synced configuration or permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data directly from your account settings.
